Our people management strategy includes a learning and development strategy and we understand the importance of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) to both the individual and the company.

Line Managers and the HR team encourage all our staff to develop long term careers with us by enhancing their skills by attending the latest training courses and by studying for memberships to leading professional bodies.

study support

We provide a range of Study Support Schemes offering varying levels of assistance depending on the needs of the individual.  These include study loans and a 50% subsidy for course fees and materials. Under our ‘Investing in Me’ scheme we also pay 100% of course fees and can offer  paid study leave.

We also have a well established performance appraisal, recognition and reward scheme in place which enables regular one-to-one discussion with your immediate manager about performance, development and continuous improvement.
