pension scheme

We offer a Group Stakeholder Personal Pension Plan and after an initial six months, the company will contribute the equivalent of 7% of your basic annual salary into the scheme.  Voluntary additional contributions can be made on either a one-off or regular basis and a tax-efficient salary sacrifice scheme is also available.

holiday entitlement

A generous 33 days a year inclusive of Public and Bank Holidays.

season ticket loan

To take advantage of substantial discounts offered by train operators we offer interest-free loan facilities for the purchase of an annual season ticket for travel.  Repayments are made on a monthly basis direct from your salary over a period of 12 months.

cycle to work scheme

We participate in the Cycle to Work scheme which enables employees to make significant savings on the purchase of new bikes and cycling equipment.

childcare vouchers

We also offer childcare vouchers, which can be put towards a variety of childcare options such as nurseries, crèches, childminders and holiday schemes for children.

long term disability protection

In the event of employees becoming unable to work for more than 6 months due to sickness or injury, we provide insurance which will pay 70% of normal base salary until they are able to return to work or reach retirement age. This benefit provides security and peace of mind to our employees and their immediate families.
