SmartestEnergy operates from new headquarter premises in central London and offices in Ipswich and Glasgow, with a combined staff of 125.

The senior management team along with Power Purchase, Trading, Finance and Marketing are based in London.

The offices also house our state-of-the-art Energy Management Centre, which monitors our largest customers' generation plant in real time and uses sophisticated risk management systems.

Our Business Electricity team is based at the Ipswich office, including our industry-leading Customer Service team.

We also have a number of Business Development and Account Managers strategically located through the UK providing customers with on-the-ground support, including our office in Glasgow for Scottish customers.
