change of tenancy
If you are due to move out of a property currently supplied by SmartestEnergy, please contact your Customer Service Executive so we can keep your account up to date.
If you are moving in to a new property and are interested in a quote, please contact your dedicated Account Manager or contact us.
Note - please remember to notify your Account Manager directly even if you complete one of the above forms.
If you require installation of a new supply to one of your properties, please complete the New Connections form and return it to your dedicated Account Manager.
If you require removal of a supply from one of your properties, please contact your Customer Service Executive to discuss how to proceed.
direct debit mandate
If you wish to set up a Direct Debit to pay your bill, please complete this form and send it to your Customer Service Executive.
