Customer Service Executive - We provide each of your customers with a named and dedicated Customer Service Executive. A direct dial number ensures ready access to the individual  responsible for your customer’s account who will be able to deal with issues including invoicing and credit control along with data and billing queries.

Named Account Manager - Each TPI has a named Account Manager contact on hand to quote and handle any potential queries.

eBilling service - SmartestEnergy provides a paperless eBilling service allowing simple and secure access to all invoices and half hourly data within the contract term.
