PPAPlus Power Purchase Agreement

PPAPlus is our standard Power Purchase Agreement aimed at generators looking for a secure revenue stream over a set period of time.

short term PPA

The short term PPAPlus covers periods of up to three years with prices for the duration of the contract fixed at the outset. Prices are directly related to the wholesale prices for the corresponding contract period at the time of the agreement.

It provides a guaranteed income regardless of what subsequently happens to the wholesale price and removes the generator's imbalance risk.

long term PPA

The long term PPAPlus helps new generation projects to secure loan finance by guaranteeing a long term market for power and any associated benefits.

Prices are initially fixed typically for up to three years. Prices for subsequent years can be fixed at times of your choosing.  New projects carry construction risk and we would undertake relevant due diligence before reaching an agreement.
