Accredited renewable generators qualify for:

• Renewable Obligation Certificates (ROCs)
• Levy Exemption Certificates (LECs)
• Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin (REGOs)

Good Quality CHP generators qualify for CHP LECs.

ROC trading options

The two main ROC trading options are a fixed price per ROC or a processing fee per ROC:

• A fixed price per ROC provides the generator with certainty and improved monthly cash-flow.
• A processing fee per ROC offers a two stage ROC payment consisting of the relevant Buy-Out Price and a later additional payment representing the recycled supplier Buy-Out payments, less a fee.
