Join our Electricity Industry Operations team and play a vital role in ensuring customers are billed accurately and on time, every time. As part of a close-knit, collaborative team, you’ll be responsible for managing industry flows and processes in line with KPIs, maintaining accurate billing records, and ensuring customer supply details are up to date in accordance with industry guidelines. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a detail-focused environment and takes pride in delivering high standards of accuracy and service.
In this role, you’ll analyse billing data to identify trends and discrepancies, investigate and resolve issues in partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders, and contribute to continuous process improvements. Strong problem-solving skills, relationship-building abilities, and a proactive approach will be key to success, as you help drive performance, meet SLAs, and support the wider team in achieving shared operational goals within the UK energy industry.
What skills/experience do I need to be successful?
Work experience in similar position previously with transferable skill;
You should have experience working in an office environment;
Worked with computers and can demonstrate a strong level of computer literacy;
Strong organisational skills;
Acute eye for detail ensuring all work is performed with the highest levels of accuracy and all required forms of due diligence are upheld.
