This newly established role exists to enhance workforce management across SmartestEnergy, enabling more effective prioritisation of portfolio projects through data-driven resource planning. You will be instrumental in embedding consistent, transparent, and proactive resource management practices across SELUK and SEBL

You will lead demand and capacity planning across all departments, aligning resource forecasts with strategic priorities. You'll identify and resolve resource constraints affecting project delivery, while owning and continuously improving the resource management process. Responsibilities also include managing the timesheet system to ensure accurate access and reporting, reviewing reports to provide actionable insights, and supporting the PMO and project managers in maintaining financial accuracy and resource alignment throughout the project lifecycle. 

What skills/experience do I need to be successful?

  • Proven experience in workforce or resource planning within a portfolio or programme environment;
  • Familiarity with project delivery frameworks and financial tracking;
  • Experience managing or supporting resource management tools or equivalent;
  • Strong understanding of resource management principles and tools;
  • Awareness of project governance frameworks and financial reporting processes.
