Jonathan joined SmartestEnergy as an Associate Channel Partner Manager, where he quickly built a strong foundation by learning from the broader sales team and supporting partner relationships across the business. Through hard work, consistency, and a deep understanding of the channel, he was recently promoted to Channel Partner Manager, a milestone he considers his proudest professional achievement.
Before joining SmartestEnergy, Jonathan spent more than seven years in the energy industry working in the brokerage space. His background includes cold calling as a business development associate, leading inside sales teams, becoming a business analyst, and managing his own book of business. This experience gives him a strong appreciation for the challenges and priorities brokers face.
At the core of Jonathan’s approach is a simple but powerful mindset: control the effort, not the outcome. In an ever-changing market, he focuses on what he can control by providing value, communicating consistently, and showing up for partners and customers every day.
