We are looking for a Retail Operations Team Lead with 4-5 years of Energy Billing and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) related experience. The successful candidate will oversee the Company’s licensing, registration, retail customer billing and EDI functions and routinely collaborate with the sales, customer service, power operations, accounting, regulatory and IT to solve problems and develop business processes.

We are looking for a dedicated Channel Partner Sales Manager to help expand our reach across the NYISO & PJM markets and maximize sales. The principal role of the Channel Partner Sales Manager is to develop sales opportunities by cultivating relationships with brokers and customers. The right candidate will develop expertise around all aspects of the customer and broker end-to-end journey and be the voice of the customer/broker within SmartestEnergy.
