Brokers and consultants

The SmartestEnergy team works closely with energy brokers and consultants. We’re here to build trusted and long-lasting relationships with you – that’s our approach to delivering exceptional customer experience, and it works.

We see brokers and consultants as our customers too. We help you to succeed by giving you regular, clear market information, as well as transparent, fair and competitive pricing, to support you as you navigate the complexity of the energy markets.

Independent energy brokers and consultants are so important. You put customers at the heart of everything you do; you build relationships, drive innovation, create clarity and go beyond customer expectations.

We know that you put your reputation on the line when you recommend a retailer. We understand that, and we won’t let you down.

We know the value you add, so we’re always respectful of the customer relationships you build and the services you provide. We make a point of working together so that every relationship is successful.
