After joining SmartestEnergy in 2008 as a Key Account Manager, Dan is now Head of Sales.
In this role he is responsible for the sales strategy and team, as well as sales and account management activities through all sales channels.
Prior to SmartestEnergy, Dan worked at EIC in several roles including Business Development Manager and Account Management.Connect on LinkedIn
Mike joined SmartestEnergy in 2008 and in his role as Business Development Manager, he is responsible for the development and management of relationships with major energy consumers.
With over 25 years of experience in the energy sector, Mike has held various roles in sales and marketing for both residential and industrial and commercial customers at British Gas, Total Gas & Power and British Energy.
Karen joined SmartestEnergy in July 2014 as a Business Development Manager and is responsible for the management of relationships and accounts of key customers and intermediaries.
Karen, a member of the Chartered Institute of Management, has over 13 years’ experience in the energy sector with senior roles at companies including EDF Energy and British Energy. She has significant experience of developing long term strategic partnerships with major energy users across a number of key sectors.
Robin joined SmartestEnergy in 2011 as a Key Account Manager before taking the role of Key Accounts Team Manager in 2013. In this role Robin is responsible for the overall management of SmartestEnergy’s strategic Retail and Generation customers.
Robin is a qualified Electrical Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the energy sector, having previously held various roles in contracting, sales and marketing, I & C account management and team management at Eastern Electricity, TXU and E.on.
Mark joined SmartestEnergy in 2014 as a Key Account Manager. In this role Mark is responsible for the management of SmartestEnergy’s strategic Retail and Generation customers.
Before commencing his role at SmartestEnergy Mark was Account Director at Inenco, raising their profile in the elite £10m+ energy spend market. Mark studied Geography at Birmingham University and has previously held roles with E.on, Corona Energy, Shell Gas and British Gas.
Dean manages a number of key accounts as well as supporting account managers with their own portfolios.
He joined SmartestEnergy in 2010 after graduating in Business Management and initially worked for the Customer Service and Finance teams before moving into a sales support role. He later took on account management responsibility for one of SmartestEnergy's largest multi-site clients.
