Our people power our inclusion efforts. Across the company, employee-driven groups foster community, open dialogue and purposeful activity that bring diverse perspectives to the forefront.

Following the Covid-19 pandemic I recognised how important it is to employees to feel seen, heard and empowered to contribute to the growth of SmartestEnergy. This inspired me to nominate myself as the chair of our Community Champions Steering Group.

We want to have an organisation that accepts and celebrates everybody for who they are. We know we get the best innovation and the best creativity by accepting and really working with each other's differences and that's really great to see across the business
