SmartestEnergy’s established project team is continuing to manage the implementation of our Business Continuity Plan in response to the unique challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Staff at our three UK offices continue to work remotely where necessary, maintaining business as usual operations. Although, as the Government's COVID-19 recovery strategy gains momentum, a number of our staff are returning to our offices with social distancing measures in place, adhering to Government guidelines.
As we continue to monitor the situation and adhere to Government guidance, we remain fully able and committed to delivering optimal services to our customers and consultants.
In addition, it’s important to note that our parent company, Marubeni Corporation of Japan, is an owner with global scope and scale capable of managing the immediate economic effects and disruption caused by the coronavirus, such that SmartestEnergy remains a reliable and financially secure partner for our customers.
